Privacy policy
What Providence Biohazard collects (very little), how calls are handled and recorded, and how to ask a privacy question.
What this site collects
This website has no forms and sets no cookies. It does not ask for your name or address.
Like most websites, the hosting service (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
The site may use Matomo, a privacy-focused analytics tool, set up without cookies. It records which pages are viewed and when the phone number is tapped. It is reached through this site's own address, so no analytics script loads from another domain.
Phone calls
When you call the number on this site, the call is handled by a call tracking and referral network and answered by an independent cleanup company. The network or the company may record the call, for quality checks and billing. The network and the company you speak with have their own privacy practices; ask them how they use what you tell them.
Your choices
You can browse the site without calling. To ask a question about privacy, email contact@providencebiohazard.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
