Providence Biohazard is a referral service. It does not clean anything itself. The number on this site puts you through to an independent biohazard cleanup company that works in the Providence area.

When you call

It is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may hear a short recorded message or wait briefly before someone picks up.
Say where you are
You may be asked for your ZIP code or the address, so you reach a company that works there.
Describe what happened
In your own words. The company may ask a few questions to understand the size of the job.
Ask your questions
What they would do, how they work out the price, when they could come, and what you need to arrange.
Decide in your own time
You are under no obligation. Nothing is agreed until you accept a written price.
How this site is paid
When someone calls and reaches a cleanup company, this site may receive a payment. It comes from that company or the referral network it works with. You do not pay this site anything.
Because the company is independent, check it as you would any contractor: ask about insurance and training, get the price in writing, and, if the work includes rebuilding, ask for its Rhode Island contractor registration (CRLB).
